World Amateur Team Championships JAPAN 2014

If your nationality requires VISA to enter JAPAN, please fill in the following “VISA Application Form” individually and send it as addressed below. We will assist you to prepare the documents and to apply. All VISA applications must be submitted before July 31st 2014, to avoid any inconvenience to receive your VISA before entering JAPAN.
